1. Introduction

   These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CryptoTracker ("Bot") for Discord ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access or use the Service.

   "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

   These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
